These terms apply to your use of this website and to the booking line run as Honest Plumber Paddington, based at 13 Norfolk Square, Tyburnia, London W2 1RU and reachable on 07727 401418. By ringing the line or sending the form you agree to them.
What the Line Does
Honest Plumber Paddington is a booking and matching service. It is not a plumbing or heating contractor. When you contact us we note the fault and the address, then connect you with an independently owned local plumbing company from our partner network that can reach you and suits the job. We text you the partner company's name and details before it arrives.
Your Contract Is With the Partner
The partner company that attends is independently owned and run, and it is not part of Honest Plumber Paddington. Your contract for the plumbing or heating work is with that company. It carries out its own diagnosis, issues its own written quote, does the work and answers for it.
Money
We do not take payment for plumbing or heating work and we do not issue invoices for it. You pay the partner company directly, on the terms of its written quote. If you have a question about a bill, raise it with that company first.
Quotes and Published Prices
Prices are set by the partner after it has seen the fault, and are given to you in writing before work begins. We do not quote jobs, and we do not promise a price or an arrival time by phone or on this website. Price ranges shown on the site are published guides for London from other sources and are not offers.
If Something Goes Wrong
Tell the partner company first, because it did the work and is best placed to put it right. If that does not resolve it, ring 07727 401418 and we will help chase it. We cannot promise a particular outcome.
Limits to Our Responsibility
Our part is limited to taking your enquiry and arranging the match, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for the partner's workmanship, pricing, timing or conduct. Nothing here removes your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your Information
We pass your name, phone number, address and a description of the fault to the partner company we match you with, so it can arrange a visit. We use your details only to arrange that match and to follow up if something goes wrong, and we do not sell them.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site or line after a change means you accept it.
